About
Having a brother on the autism spectrum and seeing the gap between young adults with disabilities and the professional world, I was inspired to create an initiative to further their skills and open doors to employment opportunities. I created Pathways to Success to build the foundation and foster inclusive employment for this incredible population of people.

Mission
In Michigan, only 19% of adults with disabilities are employed. With education from a post-secondary program, they are 40% more likely to obtain employment. Pathways of Success was created on the mission of bridge the gap of employment opportunity between young adults with disabilities and the professional world while increasing the percent of job placement.
